Shieldaig Outdoor Adventures provides quality kayaking, canoeing and mountain experiences.

Lisa Fenton studio gallery is at Blue Roof Studio in the garden or at Torridon Community Hall just down the road.  

J Waudby ceramics also has a pottery open to the public in Shieldiag

There is lots of wildlife around, sea eagles on Shieldaig Island, red squirrels at Kinloch, otters, pine martens, seals, golden eagles, red and roe deer, ptarmigan on the hills, herons, sea birds and lots of sheep. 

 

Where to eat

We have started to provide evening meals if pre-ordered for a quiet night in. Sample menus for breakfast and evening meal can be found here. Please email any specific dietary requirements or preferences so we can ensure we have things in.

There are several places to eat during the season, April to October, outwith it's worth checking opening times/days on their websites.
